Position - AC Improver Location - London Reporting to - Senior Project Manager Desired Experience & or Qualifications C&G or Equivalent in Air Conditioning Previous experience of working in a commercial environment Previous installation, service & maintenance experience Strong communication & negotiation skills Typical Duties Working as part of the Facilities Maintenance team, this role would be suitable for a recently qualified Air Conditioning engineer to assist with day to day planned and reactive maintenance to a range of HVAC equipment on a large site central London (WC2R). Duties will include a range of planned and reactive which may include alterations to the plant as required from time to time. Maintaining the integrity of the Building Services plant. This will include general maintenance, repair, modifications and upgrades. As and when required monitor and support specialist sub-contractors to enable them to carry out their duties in the most efficient manner and with minimal disruption to the client’s premises. Using a high degree of personal integrity to keep the client and the Contract Manager full aware of site conditions and outstanding problems as they arise and provide effective solutions to rectify then as quickly as possible. Support other Engineers on site as and when required and liaise with other members of direct and indirect staff to carry out duties effectively and with minimal disruption. Assist in the preparation of company reports, work sheets and support client service level agreements and procedures as required. Carry out duties within company safety policy and advise line manager of all situations which could affect the safety of people or property. Remuneration Package Salary up to £30,000 per annum based on a 40 hour week.
