Desired Experience & or Qualifications
•Previous bookkeeping experience (essential: 1+ year as a minimum)
•Experience with Xero (desirable)
•Full driving licence and vehicle
Typical Duties
Our client is an established Lettings Agency based in north Bristol, who are currently looking for an Lettings Administrator to join their team. This is a part time role based on 30 hours per week, with flexibility of the hours being split over either four or five days per week.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
•Receipting all rental payments and paying Landlords using our system and banking within the required timeframe
•Chasing outstanding rents and updating Landlords
•Returning tenants deposits and manage deposits received
•Monthly system reconciliation against bank account
•Receipting holding deposits and processing refunds when due
•Accessing online Council statements for Council benefit payments
•Creating reports for and liaising with our Accountants
•Dealing with employee and client queries
Ideal candidates would have previous experience within a lettings environment. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to one of the Directors, so you must be able to operate in a proactive manner and meet deadlines.
Remuneration Package
Annual salary £23,000 - £26,000 (pro rata) depending on experience. 20 days annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays plus an additional day for your birthday. Free onsite parking provided.
