Position - Air Conditioning Engineer Location - Swansea Reporting to - Contracts Manager Desired Experience & or Qualifications F Gas qualified (essential) City and Guilds Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Previous Chiller Maintenance experience HVAC related qualification would be advantageous 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations Experience of maintaining building fabric Previous service & maintenance experience within Building Services/FM environment Typical Duties We are recruiting for a fully qualified Air Conditioning engineer required to work on a static site the Swansea area, carrying out Air Conditioning and other HVAC maintenance on behalf of a facilities management organisation. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of planned and reactive maintenance experience in a commercial environment. Your duties will include planned and reactive maintenance to a wide range of HVAC plant & equipment, mainly Air Conditioning and associated equipment. This may include, but is not limited to refrigeration systems, split units, heat pumps, VRV systems. You will need to have excellent communication skills at all levels, happy to work unsupervised and competent in the completion of statutory paperwork. Support other Service Engineers on site as and when required and liaise with other members of direct and indirect staff to carry out duties effectively and with minimal disruption. Uphold the integrity of the company at all times and assist in the preparation of company reports, work sheets and support service level agreements and procedures as required. To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required Remuneration Package Annual Basic Salary £30,000 - £32,000 (subject to skills, qualifications and experience) based on a 40 hour week Monday – Friday, 1 in 4 callout plus standby allowance, 20 days holiday, specialist tools provided.
