Position - Air Conditioning Engineer
Location - Swansea

Desired Experience & or Qualifications
F Gas qualified (essential)
City and Guilds Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Previous Chiller Maintenance experience
HVAC related qualification would be advantageous
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
Experience of maintaining building fabric
Previous service & maintenance experience within Building Services/FM environment
We are recruiting for a fully qualified Air Conditioning engineer required to work on a static site the Swansea area, carrying out Air Conditioning and other HVAC maintenance on behalf of a facilities management organisation. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of planned and reactive maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
Your duties will include planned and reactive maintenance to a wide range of HVAC plant & equipment, mainly Air Conditioning and associated equipment. This may include, but is not limited to refrigeration systems, split units, heat pumps, VRV systems.
You will need to have excellent communication skills at all levels, happy to work unsupervised and competent in the completion of statutory paperwork.
Support other Service Engineers on site as and when required and liaise with other members of direct and indirect staff to carry out duties effectively and with minimal disruption.
Uphold the integrity of the company at all times and assist in the preparation of company reports, work sheets and support service level agreements and procedures as required.
To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
Annual Basic Salary £30,000 - £32,000 (subject to skills, qualifications and experience) based on a 40 hour week Monday – Friday, 1 in 4 callout plus standby allowance, 20 days holiday, specialist tools provided.
