They have been established for 7+ years and have 2000 customers. The company is currently embarking on rapid growth and development phase. This includes the recent purchase of a competitor, alongside investment in both new geographical virtual office locations and investment in marketing. The company is currently working on both a full rebrand, and an overhaul of its I.T. support systems, with both due at the end of this year / early 2021. While our client is considered a market leader in the UK Virtual Office market, it now wishes to grow its Virtual Reception revenue, and compete with larger more established call answering companies. Typical DutiesThe position will involve both inbound and outbound sales. Inbound sales are high in volume and small in effort, with an inbound conversion rate that is currently 96%, so this is almost guaranteed commission with inbound enquiries being very motivated to buy. Outbound sales is not something the company currently practices, however an abundance of opportunities have been identified in this environment. These opportunities are broadly split into two areas: 1. SME Call answering customers 2. Affiliations & Partnerships. Some support will be given by the Directors to identify targets and draw up a sales strategy, however there is an expectation that the successful candidate will be a self starter. The BDM will also have the support of the in house marketing team. Services are very competitively priced and benefit from USP’s, giving many opportunities to both win business from competitors and to generate business that is new to the market. There are also many potential partnership opportunities, UK and worldwide.Remuneration PackageAnnual basic salary £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + OTE £20K uncapped (Year 1) & £40K uncapped (Year 2).
