Position - Commercial Administrator Location - Redditch Reporting to - Commercial Administration Manager Desired Experience & or Qualifications •GCSE Maths at Grade C/4 and above or equivalent •Demonstrate competent IT Skills to include Microsoft Office •Demonstrate relevant commercial experience •Experience in IFS software or similar financial reporting system (desirable) •Experience of facilities management or a related service industry (desirable) Typical Duties Our client is a national Facilities Management company who are seeking a Commercial Administrator in Redditch. The role will include: •Prepare monthly valuation and supporting information to the Client •Assist is answering any queries which may arise and provide any further backup or supporting information •Assist with preparation of Interim Payments and Final accounts •Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to ensure timely submission of invoices •Monitor and update reports for invoicing KPI’s •Collate invoice back up information for Client when requested •Have the ability to work independently and on own initiative •Adapt to include any other duties requested by Senior Management staff •Preferably have previous experience of working within a Quantity Surveying/Finance team This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the job title and the range of duties to be undertaken.
