Position - Compliance Manager
Location - London
Reporting to - Senior Operations Manager
Desired Experience & or Qualifications
An understanding of HTM’s, HBN’s, SFG20, Guidance notes, British standards and any relevant legislation relating to Hard FM industry
PFI contract knowledge and experience of delivering excellence
Understanding of asset management principals, to include CAFM systems and PDA enabled operational delivery
Excellent planning and communication skills
Ability to pass CRB/Disclosure checks
Approachable demeanour and demonstrable commitment
A track record of delivery in a similar role
A commitment to continue professional development in relation to the post.
Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager who has a background in FM / Hard Services to ensure effective delivery of statutory compliance across all FM disciplines and contractual compliance across all contracts, to include PFI & PPP.
Candidates are required to a have a demonstrable understanding of HTM’s, HBN’s, SFG20 and general legislation surrounding compliance with the FM industry. Experience in the mechanical, fabric, electrical field along with a detailed understanding of contract compliance and all contractual obligations is also required. The role will involve.
Guidance and support of operational teams in meeting contractual obligations
Ensuring continuity of monitoring systems in a manner, which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance
Interpreting Management information into improvement plans as required
Liaison between operational and risk teams to support and carry out regular reviews of compliance against the company Integrated Management System
Ensuring all certification and documentation are completed accurately, signed off and meet required standards as set out by IMS
Client liaison on contract compliance
Manage and own contract communication plans
Support operational teams to deliver performance reports to exacting standards as set out by contractual requirements and in line with client expectations

Skills & Attributes:
To be self-motivated working on own initiative, conducting yourself in a professional, appropriate, and courteous way to all stakeholders and colleagues
Strong IT skills, to include Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
Strong communicator at all levels
Able to pass CRB/Disclose checks
Hold a full driving licence
Annual salary £48,000 - £52,000 (subject to skills, qualifications and experience), 28 days holiday, pension.
