Position - Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation - BexleyheathReporting to - Senior Operations Manager Desired Experience & or Qualifications·C&G 236, 2330 or Equivalent in electrical installation / maintenance ·Pool plant experience (preferred)·Understanding of service level agreements, service targets and objectives.·To be proactive and radical with the working approach, showing flexibility to both clients andteam alike.·PFI experience (preferable)·Previous experience working within Leisure Centre environment (preferable) ·Based with 45mins Bexleyheath / DartfordTypical Duties Our client is seeking an experienced electric al maintenance engineer to work in a mobile role covering three leisure centres within the Bexley area. The role will be responsible for assisting with day to day planned and reactive maintenance to a range of electrical, HVAC and building fabric equipment. Pool plant knowledge and experience is ideally required. ·Maintaining the integrity of the Building Services plant. This will include general maintenance, repair, modifications and upgrades. ·As and when required monitor and support specialist sub-contractors to enable them to carry out their duties in the most efficient manner and with minimal disruption to the client’s premises. ·Using a high degree of personal integrity to keep the client and the Contract Manager fully aware of site conditions and outstanding problems as they arise and provide effective solutions to rectify them as quickly as possible. ·Support engineers on site as and when required and liaise with other members of direct and indirect staff to carry out duties effectively and with minimal disruption·Assist in the preparation of company reports, work sheets and support client service level agreements and procedures as required.·Carry out duties within company safety policy and advise line manager of all situations which could affect the safety of people or property. Remuneration PackageSalary £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (subject to skills, qualifications and experience) with 1 in 4 callout rota, 28 days holiday, company vehicle, mobile phone, pension.
