Position - Electrical Maintenance Engineer

NVQ Level 3 2357 or City & Guilds Electrical Installation (236, 2351, 2330, 2365)
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
18th Ed IEE Wiring Regulations
Minimum 3 Years previous service & maintenance experience
Provision of service to commercial and retail premises
Health & Safety Awareness
Proficient in use of IT software Word/Excel etc.
We are seeking a fully qualified Service Engineer with at least 3 years planned and reactive maintenance experience in a retail / commercial environment to work for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management and Engineering Service providers, offering an excellent salary & benefits. Candidates need have JIB Gold card alongside relevant electrical installation qualifications. This will be a mobile role covering Devon region (& surrounding areas). You will need to have excellent communication skills at all levels, be happy to work unsupervised and competent in the completion of statutory paperwork.
You will work in support of a team of Electrical and Mechanical engineer carrying out the upkeep of all electrical plant and equipment on a reactive and PPM basis within a dedicated and on a dedicated retail contract.
Duties may include (but not limited to) fault finding, minors repairs or installations and maintaining services and equipment.
This role is a full time permanent position, 40 hours per week with an out of hours rota of 1 in 4. Full helpdesk support is provided together via tablet technology, with all specialist tool and equipment.
Support other Engineers in the region as and when required and liaise with other members of direct and indirect staff to carry out duties effectively and with minimal disruption.
Uphold the integrity of the company at all times.
Assist in the preparation of company reports, work sheets and support service level agreements and procedures as required.
Carry out duties within company safety policy and advise line manager of all situations which could affect the safety of people or property.
Annual Basic Salary to £34,000 (subject to skills, qualifications and experience) for a 40 Hr/wk, 28 days Holidays, Company S/H Pension Scheme Membership, Specialist tools provided. Standby allowance is paid at £105 per week (Overtime is available).
