Position - Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer Location - South of England Reporting to - Contract Manager Essential Experience &/or Qualifications Qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) City & Guilds 18th Edition City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 Inspection & Testing JIB Gold Card approved Previous experience working in an electrical testing environment Desirable Experience &/or Qualifications SPA Passport CompEx qualification A good level of IT literacy An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace Typical Duties Our client is seeking experienced electricians with the ability to carry out periodic electrical inspections on a dedicated retail contract, in a mobile capacity covering premises across the south of England, including London. Carrying out Inspecting & Testing on customers electrical installations (EICR’s) including Emergency Lighting testing, fire alarm Inspections, and small remedial repairs as required. Ensuring that any unsafe electrical installations are managed safely and professionally. Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory rectification. Completion of all relevant reports and certification associated with inspection & testing. Ensuring all reports and certification are completed and submitted in timely manner. Remuneration Package Annual salary up to £35,000 per annum, 20 days annual leave, company vehicle, specialist tools & PPE, company pension.
