Typical Duties
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join a well-established Lettings & Estate agency in north Bristol. The role is split between two sister companies with a current combined team size of 45 people.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar role, managing an office and offering HR support.
The Role:
• Oversee and manage all HR issues
• Oversee and manage the recruitment process from initial adverts to embedding new starters
• Managing and auditing staff performance in some key areas (software and process auditing to generate reports for Directors)
• Staff training and development
• Supporting Directors with staff performance reviews
• Supporting monthly payroll (liaising with our outsourced payroll company)
• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
• Adhoc project management assistance
• Some marketing and social media administration
• Develop our Health & Safety policies and procedures
This is an important role within our head office, so we are looking for a friendly, personable individual who is happy to help. Previous office management co-ordination and HR experience are essential.
Working Hours -Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, Friday 8.30am -5pm, with 45 min break.
Remuneration Package
Salary £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, on site parking, 21 days annual leave (plus an extra day for your birthday), great company culture and values, first-class training and development resources.
