Position - Inbound Sales Executive
Location - Bristol
Reporting to - Head of Sales

Have at least 6 months dealing with customers either face to face or over the telephone

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to work in north Bristol. Our client specialises in small and medium business support services, with their core services being Virtual Offices, Virtual Reception and Virtual Personal Assistant services. They have been established for 8+ years and are currently embarking on an aggressive growth and development phase.
The role will be responsible for:
Dealing with inbound enquires via phone, email and website
Convert inbound email and phone enquiries
Contact all abandoned on-boarding customers to convert
Monitoring free trial users and ensure continued use
Supporting team with any other duties as required
Supporting Head of Sales to generate outbound interest including appointment setting
Annual salary £21,000 - £23,000 per annum (+ OTE 10%). 20 days annual leave. Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700. Car parking on site.
