Position - Lettings Negotiator Location - Bristol Reporting to - Branch Manager Desired Experience & or Qualifications A minimum of 1 years’ lettings experience Own transport and full driving licence Ability to work well under pressure and achieve weekly & monthly targets Well organised and highly driven Friendly and approachable Confident on the phone and in person Ability to work in fast-paced environment and high volume workload Typical Duties Our client is a leading lettings agent based in north Bristol who are looking for someone with proven experience as a lettings negotiator to join their team. You should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a lettings negotiator role. The role will start with repeat instructions from current clients and will progress to the candidate managing their own new business leads, converting new enquiries into new instructions. This role will also include viewings and offer negotiation. Our client is looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn quickly and work hard. You must be good with people, a team player and have good attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Core office hours are 08:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 5pm on Fridays. There is currently a requirement to work 1 in 6 Saturday’s from 9am – 4pm. You must have a full driving licence and own transport, with fuel costs paid for by the company in relation to business related travel. Onsite parking is provided. Remuneration Package Annual basic salary £18,000 – £22,000 per annum, based on experience plus £8,000 OTE.
