Position - Multi-Skilled Operative Location - Didcot Reporting to - Contract Manager Desired Experience & or Qualifications Demonstrate relevant experience within the maintenance & construction industry Trade Qualification Experience carrying out Planned Maintenance Task IOSH/CSCS PASMA IPAF Current Full UK Driver’s Licence Typical Duties We are currently seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to work for a national Facilities Management organisation in the Didcot region to carry out planned and reactive works within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications.  Inspection of plant & equipment, ensuring results are captured accurately  Working either as part of the maintenance team completing small maintenance activities or work independently on minor tasks without local supervision  Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled  Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric and some civil repairs and items  Management & replenishment of local site stock  Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers  Sites Waste Management  Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.  Out of Hrs Call out  Overall site welfare duties  Will be comfortable working at height  Typical jobs in addition to general fabric items:  Plastering and tiling  Small roof patches  Cleaning gutters and general roof cleaning  Small civil works such as rebedding slabs or manholes  Small amounts of general painting  General brickwork repairs Remuneration Package Salary £29,000 - £35,000 (circa £15 - £18 per hour) Up to 33 days paid annual leave Company Pension Free Life Assurance Training and Development Discounted Private Health Care Scheme Discounted Gym Membership Uniform Provided
