Position - Property Manager Location - Bristol Reporting to - Branch Manager Desired Experience & or Qualifications •Experience within a similar role (essential) •Full driving licence and vehicle (essential) •Good level of knowledge of maintenance and property services (ideally residential) •Propertymark Level 3 qualification in Residential Letting & Property Management (desirable) •Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office •To be able to work well under pressure and be well organised •Maintaining a ‘can do’ attitude Typical Duties Our Client is an established and ever growing Letting Agent’s and Property Management company based in north Bristol. The role would typically consist of; •Property inspections (pre & mid-tenancy) •Maintenance Management - liaison with landlord, tenant and contractors regarding all maintenance requirements and maintain regular contact with tenants to check on maintenance,cleaning, health & safety and reporting any issues as necessary etc. •Deposit returns •Utility management •Tenant & landlord management •Notice management You will need to be well organised, friendly and approachable, have the ability to multi task and work under pressure. The role requires an upbeat and enthusiastic person who has a willingness to learn quickly and work hard. Propertymark Level 3 qualification in Residential Letting & Property Management is desirable; candidates who don’t hold this qualification will be required to study towards this during their probationary period (paid for by the company). You must have your own transport and driving licence, on-site parking is provided and fuel expenses covered. Remuneration Package Annual salary £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (subject to skills, qualifications and experience) based on a 40 hour week, 28 days holiday, Company Pension Scheme.
