Position - Senior Property Manager / Property Manager
Location - Bristol
Reporting to - Branch Manager
Desired Experience & or Qualifications
• Experience within a similar role (essential)
• Full driving licence and vehicle (essential)
• Good level of knowledge of maintenance and property services (ideally residential)
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• To be able to work well under pressure and be well organised
• Maintaining a ‘can do’ attitude

They currently have requirements for a Senior Property Manager & Property Manager to join their team.
Candidates need to have experience within lettings and/or a maintenance coordinator role. The role(s) would typically consist of;
·Maintenance Management - liaison with landlord, tenant and contractors regarding all maintenance requirements and maintain regular contact with tenants to check on maintenance, cleaning, health & safety and reporting any issues as necessary etc.
·Inbound calls and emails - To co-ordinate and prioritise reactive calls
·Occasional property viewings
You will need to be well organised, friendly and approachable, and be able to work under pressure. The role requires an upbeat and enthusiastic person who has a willingness to learn quickly and work hard. On-site parking is provided and fuel expenses covered. Hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00 Friday with requirement for ad-hoc Saturdays.
Annual salary £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (subject to skills, qualifications and experience) based on a 40 hour week, parking on site, pension and other company benefits.
